Hopefully anyone who noticed just thought it was sweat.

My mom has always looked down on over weight people and sees gaining weight as a sign of weakness and laziness. She's always been rough on me for having weight problems, but then would tell me I could never be skinny because I was meant to be overweight, it's my body type. Well, I've lost 58 pounds and she's easily gained…

it's a quote from a Will Ferrell movie, Anchorman I believe. My friend loves to say it to me because one time I got drunk and ate an entire wheel of Boursin. Cranberry black pepper, I have no regrets.

I cook my chicken breasts in chunks and then weigh out the pieces. Perfect when cooking large amounts for a family

the only nuts I can eat are almonds. Almond butter is okay but just not the same. I do like wow butter but snickers, reese's pieces and oh henry's used to be my absolute favorite and I can never (ever ever ever) eat them again. It makes me sad, and sometimes angry.

Confession: I developed an allergy to peanuts about a year ago. Sometimes I fantasize about eating a snickers bar or a box of reese's pieces and taking a Benadryl immediately after, or even using my epi-pen if I get the bad reaction I've been warned is coming. I haven't done it for obvious reasons but I miss peanut butter…

Those big boxes of mini chocolate bars that they have at Halloween. I went through a box of 90 in 3 days, and that was me trying to practice moderation this year.

I'm on the Langley/Surrey border, Langley side.

How long of a time period are you talking about? Weight goes up and down daily. Are you female? You probably retain water 1-2 times a month.

I love Mcdonald's too. I have loved it my entire life. I still eat it once a week or so. I have a burger and a diet pop and I usually skip the fries. I fit it into my macros and calories.

If you plan on cutting out coffee, watch out for the headaches. This morning is a cup of greek yogurt with a cup of frozen sweet cherries and 3 cups of coffee with a TBSP of hot chocolate mix added. I think it's 400 calories all together.

I used to be just like this. Fast food almost every day. I started making my breakfast and lunch the night before and logging it in MFP right after. Breakfast is usually cottage cheese or greek yogurt with fruit, or scrambled eggs in the microwave. Sometimes I make a breakfast sandwich with a microwaved scrambed eggs.…

Her breakfast one day was chicken and waffles with 24 oz of mimosas. That's my idea of brunch B)

I think it's personal preference. I eat 3 meals a day, with one snack after dinner. I tried to do the 6 small meals but it just wasn't for me, I found myself adding little extra snacks every day which were adding up. Currently I eat somewhere around 400 calories for breakfast, 500 for lunch, 400 for dinner, and 400…

I cannot unsee that food diary.

You've found something that works for you! Congratulations! That does not mean you should tell everyone else to try it. I've lost 48 pounds, does that mean I should be telling everyone to eat buttered popcorn or pork rinds every night at 10pm? You might find that different things work for you at different parts of your…

Pork rinds. 160 calories and 15 grams of protein for a cereal sized bowl. My favorite are the spicy garlic flavoured. I'm not doing low carb but they are only 1 g carbs per serving.

How bad are eggs? Depends how old they are.

Suggestion: Lunch doesn't sound very appealing to me (personally) but as a salad with some chicken it sounds amazing. Add a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar and your calories will be much more reasonable. Dinner: Put the fish in the tortilla with some rice, cucumbers and tzatziki made with greek yogurt. snacks: put…

I want to quit all the time, but I don't. I just push through. I have my bad days where I eat over or my bad weeks where I work out 3 days instead of the 5 I aim for. But I keep going. I want to be healthy, I want to feel good about myself, I want to be in shape. As the saying goes, I'm sick of starting so I'm going to…

So I really am allergic to exercise.

In! My 3 year old is obsessed with "the land before time" right now and every evening is spent with her pretending her little brother is sharp tooth. There is a lot of running and roaring.

I picked up the bridesmaid's dress that I ordered 3 months ago. I had ordered it 2 sizes too small and I needed to lose 3 inches from my waist for it to fit. I tried it on and it fits! If anything it's a bit too big. That felt amazing.

I could see it as being a trigger to a pre-existing eating disorder. Of course measuring foods doesn't work for everyone. Neither does just eating when you're hungry or just eating clean.
-
An old roommate of mine lived off of sugar cubes, white toast with mayo, and tea with whole milk and sugar. Occasionally she would have a burger or some pizza. She was very thin.

Exercise really helps relieve my cramps and improves my mood. I like to do cardio during my time of month.
-
I don't eat back my exercise calories usually, but I also don't log what I finish of my kid's meals and what goes in my mouth while I'm making my breakfast and lunch for work the next day. I lick spoons, I eat crumbs, I steal goldfish crackers from their little plates. I also only eyeball my vegetables. I don't measure out…

I'm not the only one! Thank you. I might try saline before I workout. I didn't consider the air conditioning. That could be what's causing it

workout capris and a tank top, with sports bra. Nice and cool, covers everything and I don't feel out of place at all.
