A small problem with IIFYM
So I've been at this a year. I work out 5 days a week. 2 days lifting class and 3 days cardio classes like spin. I eat around 2000 calories a day. I also have a fitbit and 2 small children. Down 4 sizes or 8? I've never understood this
I started at a size 20 and now I'm down to a size 12. So would I be down 4 pants sizes as there is a size 12, 14, 16, 20. Or am I down 8 pants sizes as 20-12=8? I feel like an idiot asking this but I've never really understood what people mean when they say that. I don't even plan on using the term.

runny nose while doing cardio?
Is this normal? When I do intense cardio my nose won't stop running. I did a spin class today and it was bad. If it is normal, how the heck do I get it to stop?

Will you power through to the goal or take a break?
I'm curious if people here are planning on taking a break from the weight loss anywhere along the way. I'm .2 pounds from the halfway mark and I wonder if I have it in me to lose the other 40 pounds without stopping. I'm playing with the idea of eating at maintenance for a week or two when I get to my 3/4 point.

Raw meat or cooked meat?
I've been weighing my meat out for awhile now and I always weigh it cooked, but it occurred to me that the weight is probably for raw. Most entries and labels don't specify if it's for raw or cooked so I'm assuming it's all for raw values? How do you log meat? Why is this so hard for me to figure out?
