I'm just over 6'3, and I'm same... was nearly 190, aiming for the 150s! The pot belly is gone thankfully, abs are slowly returning! Add me for sure. :)

Much like rekite2000 above me, I'm a daily weighing data nerd too. I've found that having weighed daily over the past five months and tracked everything I eat, I'm really quite good at understanding my bodily processes now. This proves really quite helpful for me as I'm an avid runner, and getting the right balance of…

If you feed your stats into the MFP settings for your profile, it should actually provide you with a good figure to get you going. Give it your stats and tell it how much you want to lose, and it'll set you a goal. It all depends on how fast you want to lose it. A good starting point for any diet is cutting your intake by…

OH MAN! Why didn't I think of that? I need to get me a ska playlist set up straight away.. I'll probably end up with a ridiculous running style, like a high speed skank.

I listen to electronic stuff like futurepop and EBM, check out bands like VNV Nation and Covenant, bouncy electronic music with a beat and uplifting lyrics. Perfect to run to!
