My highest weight was 215 in 2005, just before I turned 20. I've managed to keep off all ~100 lbs. since then so I've been in maintenance since about 2007. I know how hard it is to lose that much and how daunting it seems at the beginning.

For me, cheat days are the offramp to 24/7 Bingeville and 30 lbs. of uncontrollable weight gain.

Hey there. I'm 26 and I lost a similar amount 6-7 years ago and I've kept it off ever since. You can do it!! I eat mostly lean protein, fruits, veggies, and maybe a serving or two of whole grains. You're more than welcome to send me a request.
