I try to weigh in once a week, but I definitely know how easy it is to want to weigh in more than once when the scales going down! (especially in the beginning). I usually weigh in twice a week.

I am definitely a notorious boredom eater! And a tv/film/mindless time eater. I've started knitting a lot more and working on some new art projects to keep my hands busy. It's definitely helped a lot!

Ice cream/Fro-yo/Gelato/Custard or any frozen milk-y dessert. Yumyumyum. I get my fix with low cal options, but stilllllll...zero calorie ice cream? that would be amazing!
