1200 calories is what the body needs to make the body minimally run without added walking/activity/ exercise (coma). The majority of the time 1200 is recommended is because of a higher loss of lbs per week elected in My Fitness Pal in set up. I am 4'11", currently around 120lbs (after 70lb loss) and I eat around 1600-2000…

I use half and half and add organic almond extract (amaretto flavor) if I'm feeling sophisticated. The only sweetener I use is honey.

A good stroller for walking is a great investment. Put games, toys, crayons, paper or whatever you can find to occupy the kiddo(s) and walk.

I'm 4'11" and started out around 190. I'm in my 30's and am currently back in the 110-120's range (waiting on my scale to be delivered) for the first time since high school. I'll share what worked for me!

Wallaby organic has a great plain fat free greek with 24g protein per serving. I buy the large tubs for a little over $5 usd.

Absolutely have the same affliction. I work around it by eating fat free chocolate frozen yogurt (I love Stoneyfield organic after dark chocolate) It's non fat and at 4g protein per 1/2 cup it's much better than milk chocolate. If you have to have chocolate, buy dark chocolate only.

I've had success following 45% carb, 35% protein and 20% fat. I'm down 70lbs so far. I'm more than willing to share tips with you based on what works for me!

Absolutely the same thing here. I disconnected Misfit from MFP. Frustrated.

Yes. I have disconnected Misfit from MFP for now. Had 17k+ steps in Misfit and a 300+ calorie burn but MFP only had 24 steps at 17 calories for Misfit. Very frustrating. I can do the math myself...

I switched mayo for horseradish mustard on most things. The zing is comparable to mayo to me.

Coffee with milk only, honey in my tea.

Pickled beets and pickled okra.

I LOVE my Misfit Shine: waterproof, runs on battery for 4-6 months, functions as a watch, tracks multiple activities, steps, calories burned as well as sleep in a small, simple, sleek aluminum disk that takes a beating flawlessly. Worth it to get the watch face as it stays more stable than in rubber sports band. I switched…
