Looks like 102ish, going by it being just a little past the 46 kg mark. But seriously, clean your scale. Sure, your weight is "impressive" (I guess?), but being dirty is not impressive at all.

You didn't say where you are right now - do you run/jog already? I'm doing the Couch 2 5K program and I'm on my second week now. I should be 5K ready in about 12 weeks. There are so many different kinds of C25K training programs on the web. There's also a group doing it here on the forums.

There are about 100 threads on juicing on the board. The consensus seems to be that juicing is no good. Eat right and eat less calories than you burn.

I'm still transitioning over to vegetarian, still have the occasional fish and/or meat, but its like once a month now as opposed to every day. Stay away from those fake meat, vegetable protein, type foods. Just get most of your food in the produce section and don't go crazy on dairy (cheese especially). Lentils and beans…

I drink the Carrot Juice and Green Goodness flavors, and also make some fruit smoothies at home in my blender. Usually have a glass in the morning, sometimes 2 if I'm substituting breakfast because of time constraints. The Bolthouse Farms are all natural, and much cheaper than the Naked ones (at my grocery store anyway).…

OK did the first session today - starting with 5 minute warm up then 1 minute run, 1.5 minutes walk until 20 minutes. - warm up and walking speed was 3.5 - Increased speed each running interval from 4.6 up to 5.1 - 1.29 miles/20 minutes

It's a head rush. It used to happen to me a lot and made me pass out a couple times when I was younger. It's common though and could be caused by a few things - low blood, heart condition, dehydration, etc. I'd talk to your doctor.
