Thanks everyone for your perspectives. I try to keep my carbohydrates low - definitely less than 150, it's a good day when I don't have more than 100. Great job!!! I look forward to the day when I'm where you are mentally in regards to the weight loss. I also look forward to having fun being active. I've always enjoyed watching sports, but never participated. I think it'd be great to play softball or something. Stay active and live life!

I'm taking phentermine and it is helping - in conjunction with not eating sweets, white bread, potatoes, or fried foods. I have a good friend who has some health issues and Stevia is the only sweetener her physician recommends. She purchases hers from GNC. Want to join in with the board. I have 100+ lbs to lose. Right now I am super, highly motivated and pray that I can keep this up. Why do you think you're feeling discouraged? Is it because you are "missing" the foods you used to eat or the amount you used to eat?
