Do you, did you tend to eat all of the calories suggested by MFP? I've lost about 66 lbs, but stayed at about 1300 - 1500 calories for most of the weight loss and now I'm eating about 1500-1800 calories most days. MFP suggests about 2100 per day. I've never eaten my exercise calories. What has been YOUR experience? Thanks.
