This!! Skirataki noodles are FANTASTIC with a sauce because they do take on the flavor of the sauce. DON'T eat them alone though as they taste a little weird plain EDIT: Another good low-calorie noodle substitute is ZUCCHINI!!! Use either a vegetable peeler or a knife to get them in noodle shapes. Or if you have a…

I'm about 5'4" and my current weight is 120 pounds as well! I'd like to get down to the 110 pound range. I started off at about 135 and becoming a full-time vegetarian/part time vegan and gluten free has helped immensely in this! I'm looking forward to the day I get down to 110 and can get some hot new clothes haha :)

Nice! I haven't heard of it but will have to look into the Eleuthero. And I too take B-12. It does help soo much, expecially with my energy levels

At least they are making an effort to better themselves. Would you rather them not even come? It's not your job to judge the people around you at the gym... I always thought people went to the gym to work out, not look at other people and judge the way they work out.

Well it''s not my job to judge anyone. But I certainly would not participate in a friends with benefits relationship; nor would I feel comfortable dating someone who had done it in the past.

Being able to look in the mirror, and be happy with my body! I also plan on getting some smaller clothes. But really, the main reward is going to be the way I feel and look :)

Joining the chocolate train...I blame chocolate too.

Hey I gained weight in college. At college it can be hard maintaining your weight! I know friends would always have pizza parties; and if you are on a meal plan the food isn't always ideal... Anyway, feel free to add me :)

I honestly like both equally. Running outside allows for scenery, more exploring, and fresh air. But I like the treadmill because I can watch TV or a movie while running. And there are no bugs haha, But if it is cold outside like it is now, I would definitely say treadmill! I can only run for like 5 min in anything less…

Agreed!

Not to be too graphic, but Milk & Molasses enemas help once in a while.

I wonder if anyone has tried it yet? Please post if you have! :)
