I did day 2, used a 25lb bell. This was the first time I made it through all 500 swings so officially this is going to be the first day I'm counting towards the 10k. Holy cow. You weren't lying. I made it through 3 rounds last night. The first with a 16kg bell. Nearly killed me. The last 2 rounds were with 12kg bell. Arms and shoulders too fatigued to continue. I did this after 30 mins of cardio. I'm thinking I need to do the 500 swings BEFORE cardio.
