Anyone can feel free to add me. I am diabetic so low carb is a great thing for me. I started out at 50 carbs a day and now I am doing the Keto diet with about 17-25 carbs a day. I feel so much better.

Here is another question. I am just starting out on the Keto Diet. I am doing the Insanity workouts 6 days a week. And I have my settings at 5% - Carb, 35% - Protein, 60% - Fat. I add all the calories burned to MFP. Because I want to keep track of what I burn in each workout. But I do not eat the extra calories. I notice…

I do not eat before I workout. I do an early am workout too. If I tried to eat before my workout I would have to be up at least 30 mins earlier. But I have yet to have an issue with not eating until after I workout.

I had almost completed 2 weeks of the Insanity before I hurt my ankle. I love the workouts. I am getting ready to start it over. I am always happy to have new friends/cheerleaders. Always good to have a nice support system. (Besides those who are expected... LOL):happy:
