Hello everyone! My name is Meagan. I have only been running for a few months. I usually run 4-6 days a week. I am really would like to at some point try a 5k or 10k. I love running because it is a way for me to de-stress. I am hoping that be apart of this group will help me stay on track.

Are you just going by how many pounds you lose? Are you keeping track of your measurements? You may not lose pounds due to water weight or building muscle, ect. But you can still lose by losing inches. I started keeping my measurements and have noticed a real difference in the way that I have lost.

Might want to try to go low carb. Remember when you are looking at carbs you want to look at net carbs... this is the difference between the carbs and the fiber. ex: 10 carbs - 6 fiber = 4 net carbs.
