Are you just going by how many pounds you lose? Are you keeping track of your measurements? You may not lose pounds due to water weight or building muscle, ect. But you can still lose by losing inches. I started keeping my measurements and have noticed a real difference in the way that I have lost.0

I have not taken any measurements.0

Yes, you will break through! Keep going! The body must give in to the determined mind! It may not happen when we really want it, but one fine day you will break through and then some!0

Don't worry about it. Last week I only lost .2 pounds because my period started the day before I weighed. This week I was down four pounds from that.0

Wow. Look how far you have come! It's so easy for us to become a prisoner to the scale, myself include. Always chasing that magic number and permitting what the scale flashes or clangs to dictate our moods or capabilities. Think of how much better you feel. How big your clothing is now. How far you have already come--95LBS!!!!!!! That is amazing. Know we sometimes sit at a number. That's okay. There are times as we are losing we will sit for a week or two. Keep on doing what you are doing. You can and will do this! You are very inspiring with what you have already done. As the other users suggested, "take measurements" and keep logging your foods and exercise to see if you have to make changes to get over the hump.0

You have lost 95 pounds! You should be so incredibly proud of yourself, that's awe inspiring. Look on the bright side...you didn't gain any weight. I wouldn't worry about it. Just remember it's one day at a time. It doesn't matter what the scale said this week, you are a much healthier person today than you were when you started this journey, right?0
