Yes, loss is loss and really, the fact that you are watching, counting, and not feeling starved is the most important thing to stay on track. All my best to you!

Unfortunately what happens is that the rash keeps getting worse after you stop wearing it. The product is defective and whatever is leaking out of it is a vessicant (which means it burns under the skin). I hope everyone continues to enjoy their Fitbits though!

Do you have a Force?

What about building up a sweat? We should be able to use this while working up a sweat safely. I don't think this problem is associated with dampness, unless it is causing the battery to discharge like a zap on the skin.

Yes it is too bad, but Force users are getting burn like rashes under the charging port. It is painful and itchy not to mention downright ugly. I would not recommend the Force right now, but the other Fitbits seem to be okay. For the $130, it should not cause harm. Fitbit has turned a blind eye to it stating it is a nickel…

Feeling really great about this past Holiday season as it relates to my weight. For the very first time in my life, I did not gain a single pound!! Ideal Protein helped me feel satisfied so that I could not be tempted by the numerous opportunities to eat sugar and calorie laden foods. Yes, this plan has helped me focus on…

I love the cappuccino in the morning and add my coffee to it after heating it up. I feel like I am really having a cappuccino. My favorite soup is the chicken and since I work in an office with a microwave, I buy Green Giant frozen broccoli, spinach and asparagus to heat up with my soup. I also have a small salad with IP…

I agree that replacing the processed food with fruits and vegetables will help. 1 milk product in the morning is sufficient, and leave the jam off your toast/peanut butter. Sub that with an egg and 2 eggwhites occasionally for your protein. When I have yogurt in the morning, I love Chobani plain non-fat greek yogurt with…

I started the ideal protein diet 2 weeks ago and feel the best I have in a very long time. The food tastes great and, once you get over the initial fee, I find my grocery bill is no different. Except I eat better!! I have a cappuccino in the morning (this is one of the breakfasts), their soup and my 2 c. salad/vege for…

It will help your thyroid and improve your ability to feel like exercising more. Once your thryoid hormones are regulated, you will feel amazingly…

You reminded me that this is one of the ways to keep from straying away from what is planned: to plan it in advance! Thanks so much and I look forward to seeing your recipes; they look scrumptious!

First of all, congrats on the baby! Can you add some peanut butter to your oatmeal in the morning? A few white or garbanzo beans in your salad at lunch; add some black olives, too! It is about augmenting what you are already consuming. Add a banana to a peanut butter sandwich. Sunflower seed butter tastes excellent, too!…
