Too many times!!!! But came to an understanding that I was going about it wrong. In the beginning, I wanted the quick & easy results and I got them. Also received: a short time in the hospital with one and ALL the weight back with the others. Slow and steady is the way to go. Happy to be teaching myself a new way to live…
