I eat frozen green beans and boiled chicken breast. Microwaved for three minutes and its good to go. I love green beans so it works for me.

No. Me and the wife are skipping the family get together and going to see her grandmother for lunch (she's a 2 hours away.) So we won't be eating to bad. And I still plan on hitting the treadmill that day.

I use to be in the 175-185 lbs range. I look back at photos from back then and I was to skinny. So I really want to be in the 190s with muscle this time. I was more skinny fat back then.

I have pizza once or twice a month. I bought some oreos the other night it was an impulse buy. I haven't opened them up tho.

I total agree here. Since me and my wife have stopped eating out and started eating healthy. We have saved so much money. You just got to check whats on sale etc. I think by us shopping around and eating at home. We save at minimum a week $250+. And that is just by eating at home for dinner and breakfast and taking lunch…

I drink water or if I have calories left I have a low calorie snack. Or I go for a walk or do push ups. I seem to forget about snacking after push-ups or crunches.

I've cut out a few things. This is what I have cut alcohol,fast food and sweets. And every few weeks I have pizza as my cheat meal. Me and my wife have also cut out almost all processed foods.
