I don't believe there is a protein powder just for women....well there are ones designed for women but they usually aren't any different or that great tasting (I had definity & sculptress from Maxitone, both tasted horrible and didn't mix well at all) Just go for Optimum Nutrition or OneWhey :)

I never had a problem with weight gain or my acne getting worse on the implant, the only thing was that i still got my periods on it but didn't on the pill I'm on and that's the only reason I went back to the pill. You can never tell how you're going to react and i even managed to lose weight on both contraceptives.

I find almond milk thicker than soy, which is a great start! also the taste of even unsweetened almond milk is 100x better than soy (which has no taste too me)

I used to be however i read an article on PB2 and now i pefer to use peanut flour, better taste & no added salt or sugar either.

Usually it's Fage 0% Greek yogurt with some fruit & cereal. Today i had Fage 0% Greek yogurt with a medium sized granny smith apple & Whole Earth smooth no added sugar peanut butter.

My teas are only ever 1-2 calories mostly 0, i only drink green teas and herbal or fruity, never add milk or sweetner. If i have fresh lemon water maybe 15-20 depending on the size of the lemon but thats still not alot. Maybe try cut down on the amount of sugar you use or find another way to sweeten your coffee :)

I was on Cerazette all through my weightloss and still am on it. Managed to lose just over 4 stone and so far maintained, some people can get side affects which make them more hungry, however I *touch wood* have not had any.
