I started in January and I've lost 14 pounds. My hubby joined a few months ago and now we are both health nuts LOL. We ride our bicycles every day for at least 5 and up to 25 miles. We use My Tracks app. on my phone when we are walking or on the bikes to keep track of miles. I'm also doing the 30 Day Shred. Good luck…

I use egg beaters, chopped onion, green pepper, green chiles and worcestershire sauce. Spray skillet or grill with pam and cook burgers on medium until internal temp reaches 180 degrees. I also add a little more worchestershire sauce while they are cooking and they come out really juicy..........yummy.

My calories are 1200 also and it is plenty and even better when you exercise. I usually have a bowl of cereal (Honey Bunches of Oats only 120 calories for 3/4 cup) and a cup of Plantation Mint Green Tea (0 calories) for breakfast. I scrub it, prick it with a fork, wrap it in a paper towel then microwave on sensor cook.It takes about 20 minutes and it's delicious with a little bit of butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. :)

I make these at least once a week, they are sooo good when you want something a little sweet. I increase the applesauce to 1/2 cup and add a few chocolate chips and bake in 8x8 pan. :)
