I try to work out 5 days a week but have only done 3 days for the last 2 weeks. I was eating about 1808 calories. Im going to start eating my calories back because I want to exercise pretty hard now. Thanks for breaking it down.

I did the TDEE for about 3 weeks but I think I am going to try the MFP way for a while. I cut back 20%.I am trying to get down to 125 or so. I lack consistency as well. MFP says to eat only 1200 calories. However, I manually changed the recommended calorie intake to 1945 using TDEE-15 (I think) but I think I am going to recheck my TDEE to make sure that isnt too high.

I manually changed my calorie amount on MFP which includes my exercises. I dont even add it on the site because I combined it.

Great tips!! I think I want to try kickboxing, swimming (even though I cant, its still a good workout trying lol), and walk on the treadmill with the incline. I feel so much better now! LIFE SAVERS!!
