Lifting: Full Body Workouts--> Have any?
I really want to lift weights and lower my bf % but I dont know where to start. I am new to this whole macros thing but I am trying to do 40% protein, 40% carbs, and 10% fat. How much sugar do ou allow yourself a day? Didnt exercise, ate as if I did!
I feel kind of bad because I have my caloric intake limit at 1900 calories since i am exercising 5 days a week. Well, I didnt exercise yesterday but I ate as if I had (1647 calories). I am trying to lose about 20lbs and I am 144 lbs 5'3. I was wondering, how often do you guys indulge? An when you do indulge, does it matter if you indulge before or after working out?
