I had a lot of errands to run today and wasn't able to do my morning workout. When I got home, the kids didn't nap. I was so tired and feeling lazy. But finally pushed myself to get that workout done at 11:30pm! So it still counts as Friday's workout haha ;)

I use ACV diluted with water in my hair about once a month. Gets rid of buildup and makes my hair nice and soft. Love it. It also is fantastic on warts lol

I love me some chia seeds. 5g of fiber per tablespoon, I think. I add a bunch to my yogurt. You can also add it to smoothies/drinks/oatmeal/salad... Basically anything! They don't have too much of a taste so you can sneak it in anywhere. And they are super filling!

Just did this and it said an ideal weight for me would be 91-120something. I'm 5'2". If I go by BMI, my "healthy" weight range is 101-134. Just wondering where this "ideal" weight range comes from.

Phase 2 complete! Phase 3 starts tomorrow! I'm going to post my phase 2 results tomorrow after I weigh/measure (I always do it on Mondays).
