Ah cool! I chose Turbofire because I wanted to improve my cardiovascular efficiency - i'm terribly unfit atm - but looking at the programme I am a little concerned about the lack of strength exercises... I'll keep my eye out for you too as you may have some advice on weight lifting for me!! xx
