How much are you trying to lose? I'm trying to lose at least 20-30 lbs :(

All I could think about is the show SURVIVOR. You see the contestants before the show starts, then 2 weeks later, wow---you can totally see the change in body mass. They're still ALIVE. Probably not the right model diet, but still it does cross my mind as I go through this diet.

How long will the body get use to the new regimen---I've been working out for 6 weeks and actually gained 3-4 pounds. I run on the treadmill for 15-20 minutes every morning or after work and 15 minutes of lifting weights...I was at 135 when I started, then 139 in 4 weeks, but today I weighed myself and now down to 136.…
