I upped all my weights by 10-20kg at the gym today because it was getting too easy! It's so exciting to see myself progressing.

I started week 5 of C25K today and completed day 1! Also, my favourite jeggings are getting really loose :)

I mentioned this on another thread, but I didn't expect to be snoring less! I didn't actually know it was that bad but apparently I used to be a nightmare to sleep next to :# According to my boyfriend it's really improved as I've been losing weight!

My boyfriend told me today that I've been snoring a LOT less! It's not something I'd really thought about in regards to my weight loss :D

Today I completed Week 2, Day 2 of C25K! :smiley: As someone who has been well and truly sedentary for most of my life, working my way through this program is a big deal for me! I already have the 10k version downloaded so I can start that once I complete this one, and I can't wait!
