I have decided to repeat month one. I have fell off the wagon a little the last 2 weeks so I will be behind you guys, but I am doing to do it all the way through next time. Hope to still get the support from you guys!

I was eating about 1900 cals, but I just cut back to 1650 because I was not loosing. I'm about 5'2 and 240lbs I burn about close to 350 (some times more and it depends on the work out) almost every work out! I do like loosing inches, but I would love to actually loose some weight on the scale!!!

Most of them time you no not need a degree to be just a personal trainer, at least not in Ohio. All you need to be is 18 and have a high school diploma or GED. I just did my cardio recovery... it was nice not doing cardio, but it was harder than I expected! Excited that I made it through day 4!!! I CAN do this!!
