Day two and three done. Because I injured my right wrist, I have to modify my pushups. I am don't really have upper body strength and this will be great to help with that. Thanks for letting me join in.

New to this group today. So I did the set twice tonight as an added bonus to my workout. I think this is great. Thanks for the extra push Shelley.
