I dont really watch the show the last few years, but someone in one of my challenge groups brought it up and looked at some pics online after the fact, and there is one pic that to ME says it all, its a pic of the reaction of Bob and Jillian, and they BOTH looked SCARED at her reveal, not surprised like "wow awesome"…

THANK YOU for sharing your story!! Thank you for sharing that the accountability helps. Congrats on what you've accomplished and on seeing that you still need to do things to keep you there, I think a lot of my problems in the past was once I reached goal I stopped using any of the techniques that got me there, and then…

LOL I always say that 1/2 inch counts, too! I'm the same height as you and totally TOTALLY say that lol. Also, my first time looking for motivation last year I ran into some of your pics and YOU have been a HUGE INSPIRATION to me! My SW was 226.4 and I am biggest in the belly/boob area, and YOUR pics made me feel like I…

You look fab! I'm 5 ft 1.5 and I have a lot of belly weight, and while your start weight and belly are smaller than mine, it gives me hope! Look at your mid section girl! Congrats on your loss and success so far! thanks for the inspiration and hope that my belly can get better too! :)

Well, I lost weight once about 7 yrs ago, dropped from 222 to 185 (stopped at that point because I had to get a second job and was a single mom and basically I let life get in my way), and didn't see a single budge in my bra size, not cup or band size. This time around I've only lost 29 lbs and I've dropped from a 42DD to…

Thanks! I am looking for a digital one that I'm comfy with, but for now have been using the scale I have been using for meats only, and what a difference already! Mine has grams on one side and ounces on the other and only goes up to 1 lb, but so far it makes a difference already, can't wait to see how much difference the…

Im starting my second round of TF, I LOVE IT!! I did Turbo Jam first, then Turbo Fire, and now starting my second round of TF (on week 3 today). I can't post a pic here because I'm at work (shhhh) but I posted a thread when I was done with my TF. So, to clarify first pic is from day 1 of starting this journey when I was…

THANK YOU for putting this so easy to understand! I never realized how much of a difference it made, I just dutifully went by 1/4 cup, etc.... am now going to look into buying a food scale, an accurate one. I have an old one that is not digital, ya know, with springs and stuff, that I originally just used on foods that…

Great job, congrats! This gives me some serious hope! I'm 5'1.5" so while I'm shorter than you, it still gives me hope that I can get where I want! Most of my weight is in my boobs/belly, not hips (sadly I have no shape other than round), but I'm still excited! And you have a BEAUTIFUL family! Your kids are GORGEOUS!!…

Go buy yourself something girl, it truly will make YOU feel better and when you feel better, it helps keep you motivated! :) Do…

I asked something similar a few months ago. I ended up kind of doing what others have done. I looked at goodwill/thrift stores because I hate to spend a lot on clothes that won't fit me in a year...but my weight loss had plateaued for a couple months and the holidays and Fall were coming, and I always wanted to comfortably…
