As an oversimplification, yes. As I said, read the book for the detail. Natural grass fed meat, wild fish, green vegetables....all you want. I'm new at this but minus 37 pounds since the day after Thanksgiving. Eat the right kind of meat (with the fat) three meals a day. Exercise is fine for "toning" but a losing battle…

Read the Taubes book. Exercise isn't going to do it. Depends where your calories are coming from. Cut out carbs. Eat all the grass fed beef and green vegetables you want.
