This just confuses me more.... I try to get into lifting weights to build more muscle... the more research I do the more confused and overwhelmed I become. I have a treadmill and free weights... and love to pinterest workout with both. I also take the occasional Zumba or dance class to help with the boredom.

My legs I hate wearing shorts they have almost no muscle tone and no matter how hard I workout I never can see a difference they get smaller but not firmer... :)

I hear protein is good so I sometimes eat a tablespoon of peanut butter or a cup of milk... and if my kids haven't eaten them all on rare occasions string cheese or yogurt... :) and always I drink a full water bottle.
