That 26 pounds has really made a difference. You look terrific. I have found that when you lose weight sometimes you don't really see yourself getting thinner. You look in the mirror and see the same person that was always there. Others see it, but sometimes you don't. Taking pictures can really be an eye-opener and help…

I love roasting vegetables (broccoli, asparagus, green beans, etc.). Just put them on a tray with a little oil and some kosher salt. Roast in the oven at about 400 until they start to get a little crisp (usually less than 15 minutes). You may find that you love them.

I find this site very motivating. Logging your food really tends to keep you more honest. And if you reach a plateau, you can look back at what you have been eating to tweek it a bit to get started losing again. Good luck with your journey. I am sure it is difficult with 3 children.
