Hello - I just joined this group. My son is 6 months old, he is my second. looking to lose the baby weight and then some. I have tried so many times since my son has been born to get motivted..Hopefully by tracking and get support from the group will make it 'click' and I'll get back on track. Right now, I do a half and hour of cardio and then I stretch and also do sit ups. My son is 6 months old. I need to kick it up a knotch and start running and doing conditioning classes at the gym, but my knees are very sore so I'm trying to get back into shape gradually.
