  • This whole post brightened my morning!
  • Salmon farms are terrible for the environment. The Alaskan wild salmon fishery is sustainably managed and is a model for healthy, successful fisheries around the world. Support wild caught Alaskan salmon! It's even tastier knowing all the details. Look it up! I'm a fish bio nerd :)
  • Love love love this! It should be an inspiration for everyone here!
  • I love this post. I do eat fairly healthy but I love ice cream and bread and cheese. I do tend to gain/lose 5-10 pounds every year but I just don't feel like giving up the food I love! (Also I am wild land firefighter so for half the year my diet is somewhat restricted. By the time fire season ends I'm sick of camp food…
  • I am revisiting my goals since we are halfway through the month. I completed six pull ups yesterday! Wool new goal is seven. I finished the 10 mile pear blossom run with an average mile time of 940. Feeling GREAT about that. I have not been recording calories and I have been reading way to much. So I need to work on that.…

Log all calories and no bingeing. (Some what failed this yesterday after I made home made chicken pot pie yesterday. Yum!) 4. Workout twice a day most days.
  • Two miles could be a good run/walk distance. Just wear comfy clothes, good shoes and get started. Add a little more running everyday.

  • I have this problem also! I'm doing double workouts each day, but I also like to have nice, non-greasy, non-frizzy hair. I rinse my hair really well and use dry shampoo and am able to get away with 'wet' washing about every other day. Since I've stopped washing it so much its not as greasy. I recommend dry shampoo. It…
  • Jillian Micheals Yoga Melt Down is what I used to do for rest days. Its only 30 mins long, has great body weight training, but isn't too hard.
