Yes all the time! I will drink a bottle of water. Then have some celery and honey mustard. Or 100 cal bag of kettle corn..very filling!

Yes in moderation. I never smoke before a work out. Did that once and busted my *kitten* on the treadmill. Occasionally I will burn one right before bed time. Then you really don't have to deal with the munchies. Certainly a better choice than a few beers!

Growing up my uncle's nickname for me was pudgy. That really sticks out! He would poke my belly and say "what's up pudgy?" I would laugh it off but it really hurt. Here"s one my mom gets alot she actually told me recently that really hurts her feelings. She has a friend that refers to her as "Big Susan" when she's talking…

Like i said just taking a half for a lil extra energy. Nothing wrong with the process i guess just have a lot to loss and thought this would help. We shall see wednesday at weigh in.

doing alot of exercise ive lost 30 lbs total just thought it would help with the process
