Thanks for your reply guys, I appreciate it :) I bought myself a magic bullet 2 weeks ago and have been making amazing fruit smooties every day to upp my fruit intake, and they stop the cravings for sweet snacks.

I use a normal brownie recipe from the Edmonds baking/cookbook here in New Zealand. All I do it replace the sugar for splenda and I only add about half the reccommended chocolate, I also have experimented using wholemeal flour instead of white flour, but it is up to you. You could use any recipe you want, just repace the sugar for splenda and add appelsauce instead of butter. But watch out as it does change the texture! I prefer to only swap halve the sugar for splenda to help keep a nice texture and do the same with the appel sauce and butter. Also a lot of recipes use more chocolate then…

I'm the same: diets dont work fo me as they cannot be maintained in the long term, and I dont like aying for stuff if I dont have to... But, their programm seems very different and definitly intresting, which is why I was wondering what you guys thought ;)
