I am on 1600 cals a day and having enough trouble with that, cant imagine how people could eat less, but good on them for sticking with it, what ever works for you :) My dairy is open for friends, had a friend actually leave MFP because of the comments strangers would make about her dairy so I changed it to friends only.…

Hi guys, would love some more kiwi friends myself to. I'm 23 and living in Auckland's North Shore. I want to lose about 20kg, keep going up and down for the past few years but now one of my friends has asked me to b her bridesmaid next year so I now have a very strict deadline and could use all the help I can get, and of…

Thanks :)

I often eat them for breakfast or lunch to save calories for a cheatmeal. And they are just super easy and yumm :)

When I run on mine for 15 minutes I burn anything between 100 and 150 depending on my intensity.

I'm eating 1640 cals a day, excluding exercise cals. I'd love to get new friends and help motivate each other! Feel free to add me!

I have had my own struggles with eating disorders, hell I still relapse sometimes, so yes I would agree with those who recommended getting some sort of professional help if you can, or atleast talk to someone about what you are going through. Feel free to message me if you would like.

Ihave the same issue, so I got my partner to help me. Everytime we buy chocolate or anything else 'bad' he hides it in the spare room somewhere so it is out of sight and I basicly forget about it, then when we feel like eating it he will hand me what I am allowed to have (I tel him how many calories I got left for the day…

Thanks guys I really appreciate all the feedback!

Yes thats it I think! Thanks heaps! I can switch them for the normal noodles and my partner wont notice a thing :-)

Grate some veggies and call it a veggie pasta, or make a lasange with it.... stirfry or nachos are also good options. What other ingredients have you got?

I take it one day at a time: if I feel oke I will try and do a workout, if not then I dont. But I normally just try and find something else to do, like maybe some arm workouts that dont require me to walk or do anything intense. It just depends on the day really. Somtimes I just spend the day in bed with painkillers,…

These are the snacks I love and have filled my cupboard with so I always have some healthy options to grab when I feel the munchies coming. - Special K cereal bars, caramel or raspberry flavour are less then 100 cals each and perfect for a sweet fix. - Belvita biscuits, a pack of 4 biscuits comes to around 230 cals…

I love your feedback! I will definitly try and make it with cream cheese instead of the mascarpone, will do some investigating when I'm at the shop to see what the best option is. And I love the idea of giving the toppings on the side for people to add how ever they like, will definitly do that! Thanks!

Lol yes that would be a good start haha

The cauliflower sounds interesting but seeing as I'm cooking for other people I dont think they would appreciate a cheesecake with cauliflower in it.... But will definitly give it a try for myself!

When going for pizza, get a thin crust! It saves heaps in calories and you can still enjoy your pizza, I also decide before I order how many slices I will eat and when it arrives I put the rest straight into the fridge for the next day! Burger fuel is also a great option, a bit more expensive but way healthier then…

Feel free to add me :) I live in Auckland

Thanks guys. I know how bad this is for my body and I havent done it for a long time. I have sought proffesional help but they turned me away. How funny is that, everyone says I should get professional help but when I do they turn me away because I didnt have money at the time to pay for some bloodtests. That strangely…

Would be interesting to see other peoples opinions on this :) Bump

Sounds interesting! I'm in :)

Moisturize your body from inside and outside by drinking plenty of water and using moisturizing creams, BioOil seems to help to but you have to be very disciplined when using it. Mine have faded over time and I found that once I started getting some sun on it it helped to, but dont get sunburned and do use sunscreen!

Always happy to help :) Know it can be a hard journey but the people on here are great! :)

- Special K cereal bars (88 cals depending on flavour) - cucumber - Seaweed crackers (13 for 100 cals, depending on brand) - Vitaweat 9 grain crackers (4 for 100) - Peckish bbq flavour crackers (1 mini bag for 80 cals) Browse your supermarket for things that come in small portion size bags Of course fruit and veggies are…

Great thanks for your feedback guys! I do often end up eating less then my calorie goal when I skip a meal but I try not to.

Thanks so much for all your feedback guys, I really appreciate it! I dont have a digital kitchen scale so my measurements could be off a bit, I should invest in buying one soon. I have tried to avoid cheese for this week just to give my body a break to deal with my disaster from last week. Found all your comments very…

I always put less excersise then what I acctually do into MFP so I'm hoping thats not the problem. The cheeses I scan using the MFP app on my phone, but I definitly dont drink enough water to flush my system of all the sodium, so that is something I am working on.
