I have a cheat meal atleast once a week. I cannot expect my partner to be on a diet just because I am. So we made a deal: once a week we will eat pizza or other bad foods, he loves it and it helps keep him sane. And ofcourse I love it to! I often have been in this situation. What I do is I find something in the database that is similar to it, and I can estimate in my head if it is about right or not. For example I had a sandwich for lunch today at a cafe. No idea what they put on it but in the database I found a 'generic' sandwich for around 500 calories…

We try and grow all kinds of stuff, we love experimenting with all typoes of veggies in our garden. We used to have a huge variaty of things, now the weather is changing most things have finished growing, and birds were destroying everything so we had to get rid of most, but we will plant it all again next season for sure!…

Today I tried a new one: - vanilla yoghurt - orange juice - 2 small kiwi fruits - 1 apple I dont use measurement, I just fill up my blender until It wont fit anymore goodness haha. But I think the kiwi's wernt ripe yet as the smootie was terribly sour. but I did drink it all as I need the vitamins :)

Try the mini bags of popcorn, you put them in the microwave, their done within 2 minutes and smell amazing, and you got plenty for only 150 cals (depending on flavor) I love them when my partner is having a bag of chips I happily munch on these instead

Try the Kellog's cereal bars. They are only 100 calories per bar and taste like caramel or berries! I adore them and have them in my house. For me taste is very important because I use the smooties to replace my snacks with so if they dont taste amazing then I will go snacking 5 minutes later :( But besides the spinach and broccoli that sounds yummy :)
