i'm 5'6, 135 (maybe 136 after christmas lol) lbs and size 5. i have a pear shape, big thighs and butt but i wear a small and some stores extra small for shirts. it's funny when i buy a bikini i do size xsmall for top and size medium for bottom heh

i juice like twice a week and my favorite thing to put in is carrots and apples. apples gives it a certain texture though so if you wouldn't like that.. no. but sweet fruits plus boring veggies so apples+kale etc, really just put a ton of stuff together and you can kind of taste it all.. in one sip

yeah ihave the same problem on my period i just cut back, i still run though. when you are active on your period it really makes a giant impact and for me it makes it lighter during and after i work out, cramps go away, it's a great feeling
