Maybe I will bump up my cals, it just seems like after I eat back my deficit I'm so full and don't want to eat anything else.

Thank you! I only drink water, anything else makes me bloat! I am going to look into some low cal protein shakes to drink after my workouts. This whole weight loss thing is really confusing when you don't know all the terms, etc.

I'm very happy, I just want to make sure I'm doing this thing correctly. So often people go about losing weight the wrong way and wind up gaining everything back. I'd rather be as knowledgeable as possible, not ignorant of how to do this whole thing correctly.

Thanks for the tips! I did hear that I should be doing a lot more strength training than cardio because it'll burn more fat. It just seems like so much food to eat (when eating my burned off calories back).

I live in PA---it's snowing right now :/ I get really bad headaches when I workout & it's chilly- so weird! It's a PAIN to drag myself to the gym when it's freezing, but then I imagine myself in April and the weather is beautiful and I want to go workout in a cute tank top and look skinny! So hard to get into the mind…
