Eh if its a little more or a little less each time it shouldn't fluctuate too much. Just the protein and the calories would be a little off. Either way its plain grilled chicken so its healthy!

I usually just start drinking a ton of water when that happens (one gallon a day) and the fluctuations start dying out and steadies. No big deal though. As long as you're eating right and staying active, and you feel good, then don't let little scale jumps scare you.

Turkey & Chicken breast are more healthy than red meat in their most fundamental forms. Go chicken and turkey, with beef a couple of times a month.
