i'm on the depo birth control shot and i gained 12 pounds from it and i can't get it off. i have softball practice everyday after school for two and a half hours and i eat pretty healthy for a 17 year old. i've tried so hard to lose it, and it just won't go away. not to scare you, but just a warning..
