I'm doing the body by vi challenge and i do it for the same reason i have a shake and go straight to work and I'm good until my break

i'm 5'5 I started at 267lbs I'm at 257 I started a little over a month ago. it's actually not as hard as I thought it would be as long as I keep in mind what I'm trying to do all the time and don't let the snack monster show his head too often.

I think of something I want to do when I get to my goal weight. When I get down I will think about how I want to make a 50's style pin up calender of myself for 2014. or when I reach the 25lbs mark I will start taking pole dancing classes not for anyone else just for me

I just gave up soda a month ago. I know I have to give it up all together or I won't cut back. Try sparkling water in juice it gives you the same feeling kinda but make sure to do that in moderation too

Maybe you should try strength training. Right now I'm 5'5 and i currently weigh 259lb but nobody believes that I'm that heavy because I have muscles under all the fat but I don't honestly don't care what I'm supposed to be at I just really want to get down to where I feel comfortable which might actually be 190lb shocking…

try drinking my water when you workout. You could just be dehydrated and it's easy to do when working out just keep a water bottle handy see if that helps

nothing to be embarrassed about I'm just starting and it's others like you who help me get motivated and see that I can do it
