drink lemon water lots of it its a natural fluid reducer ...........if it were that important to me I would think about a few days of smoothies make from half cup greek yogurt frozen berries splenda a packet of sugar fee lemonade mix in three times a day and half cup oat meal twice a day let me know how it goes

its great I used it alone and add a splenda with the water ..... excellent on wasa crackers ........and if you don't use water smash in a banana its all the moisture you will need for an awesome peanut butter banana sanwhich

veggie dip make in a blender or food processor .5 avocado .5 sliced large cucumber 2 rounded T mild salsa 2 oz greek yogurt I use fat free salt pepper blend until creamy slice up all your favorite veggies the crunchier the better green pepper sweet red peppers zucchini cucumbers carrots ect:smile:

the only thing other then an after taste that we receive from that junk is calories in the long run walkining the full length of a foot ball field and back for 1 m and m o not worth it

I am 47 5ft 5 144. lbs my highest was 230 recently I got down to 137 then I switched jobs and back up to 144 my life time goal is 135 but if i could see 128 i wouldnt complain I am am entergetic work 50 hours average a week but would love some buddies to touch bases with.......hope i find a twin

I eat there five days a week for lunch its convienant its fresh and not only that, i can feed me and the dog for like 5 bucks i drink water its free and ill keep going it cant be beat
