I find that it is better never to bring up my eating, diet....or anything around others. I talk about other things....then if they ask me, I tell them why I do it. It was especially difficult when I was vegan for a couple years.....lots of jokes when people found that I didn't eat meat or dairy....really got sick of it.

so no banana splits?.... No...really....thanks for that reminder. Those high calorie foods can add up fast. How much are people losing per week doing it? I haven't heard any concrete numbers for weight loss?

I just started fast 5 too...and love it! So simple...nothing to guess, and I can eat whatever I want during the eating window. How much are you losing a week on it?
