Yes! The same here, which is the problem for me. I feel like I'm just phoning it in. Boo. I really wanted to finish it this time (I tried and failed once before). I guess it's just not the program for me. I love Shaun T, and think he's put together a quality project. It just isn't resonating with me.

I honestly hate the month 2 workouts, and really don't feel like I'm working out at 100%. I also haven't seen much progress in my photos. I know I've gotten stronger, but I'd like to see some outward improvements as well. I'm thinking about shelving Insanity and starting a differnt program next week.

Agreed.

Great progress!

Amazing!

I'm in!

Oh! And while I'm sure everyone already has Town Life Stuff, it's available now for free.

Thanks for the update! I've fallen so far off the Sims train that I haven't even seen any info about TS4 beyond the initial trailer and Create-A-Sim mini-intro. I'll go see what else I'm missing. I hope I become excited again. Sims has been such a huge part of my life for so long. I miss the thrill of it all.

Just to stop skipping workouts. I've been slacking!

Month 2 is brutal!! I did it one before (albeit halfheartedly.) I am equal parts excited and terrified.

15+ pounds in two weeks? Nah. That's crazy talk. But if you're looking for quick, noticeable results within a short time frame to get you motivated, give Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred a try. Most people see subtle but visible changes within the first couple of weeks. Take photos on day one and every few days because while…

I'm down more than 5lbs at this point. But I don't obsess over the scale.

How about simply being tolerant of your friends' choices? Their journey is not your own. After you posted such rudeness in response to one of my food posts a second time, you would either receive a sternly worded PM or else be booted from my page.

I do it late at night, generally between midnight and 3:00 am. I have a weird schedule.

Here, I found a copy online: http://www.teamunify.com/cast/__doc__/Insanity%20Nutrition%20Guide.pdf

I generally eat between 1900-2100 calories. I use the calculation that came with the workout.

Sorry, it's coming up large. But amazing progress!!!

The scale hasn't moved much, but I take photos every few days. I've seen noticeable change to my midsection. If you haven't taken pics yet, do it! You'll be so glad you did.

I'm extremely excited! I've actually lost all interest in TS3. The last few EPs failed to spark my interest.

Insanity is an intense workout. Use the caloric intake calculation provided with the program.

Joining in! I started on 12/29. I nearly completed the program once before, but I put in a half-hearted effort and wasn't surprised to receive pretty poor results. I'm really stepping up my game this time.

I started Insanity last week. Everyone is welcome to add me. Good luck!
