Wow! Big difference!

Max Cardio Conditioning complete. I seem to be the only one who hates the month 2 workouts, but the work out was considerably more doable today than last week, when I felt defeated by it. Onward!

I really struggled with Max Cardio. I didn't like it at all.

To each his own, but I personally find it very distracting when there are chattering girls, grunting dudes, and people singing or playing their own music aloud without headphones around me. It's easier to focus if I tune them out with my low background music as a sort of white noise buffer.

Really? I was dissapointed. I seemed to do a little worse than before on some of them. Oh well. Onward! I'm stressing about starting month 2. Oh boy.

My thighs muscles have been really fatigued lately. I'm finding it hard to get through the whole workout. Next week should be interesting! I'm half dreading it, half looking forward to the challenge.

I agree! Let's hope the way they crashed and bruned with the Sim City release will only make them more careful anf thoughtful with TS4. I haven't played since the last pack came out. I get bored pretty easily. The Sims 3 somehow doesn't hold my attention the way TS2 did.

I took Friday as a Rest Day and will do Pure Cardio on Saturday.

I don't even look at the scale. I'll check it after the 60 days is over.

I have a crazy weekend scheduled, so I'm taking my rest day today and doing Plyo tomorrow.

My right knee is a little sore, but I think it's just because I used poor form with my lunges yesterday. Other than that, I've been fine.

This may be my least favorite workout. I find it a bit tedious. But, my body sure enjoys the break.

I'm actually not concerned that the tape measure isn't showing more difference afyer a mere two weeks into the program. I was mearly answering the OP's query. I see visible results as well as a vast increase in my stamina, which is more than enough to confirm to me that I'm on the right track. So far, so good.
