I recommend taking frequent photos, because even the tape measure doesn't tell the whole story. I measure at my belly button and also at my natural waist, but it's my belly overhang that has been shrinking the most, which is affecting the way my clothes fit. I never measure there, so if I was relying strictly on "inches…

Definitely take photos! The scale and even the tape measure will not tell the entire story.

You have to take photos. The scale and even the tape measure tell only part of the story with a workout program as this. You have likely shrunk in places that you don't even measure, and it's not uncommon to gain weight during the Shred.

I'm still in Alpha,. but so far I prefer T25 to Insanity. With Insanity, the workouts were longer, so I would find myself tending to pace myself to try to get through the whole thing with as few breaks as possible. I've noticed the same thing. Most weekdays, coffee for breakfast at 6:00am is sufficient, then a snack at 9:30am and lunch at noon.
