This won't end well.

I love cardio! I'm a fan of Spin and Zumba classes, and try to fit in at least two 55 min sessions a week. But I mostly just alternately walk/jog on the treadmill in addition to my 3 days of strength training. I actually look forward to treadmill time. I take my Nook ereader and a great playlist I set up on my cell phone…

Selfish? That's just silly.

I'm going to drop out of this challenge as I have now chosen to weigh myself only once a month for the time being. But I wish you all the best of luck! Perhaps I will jump back into the next challnege when this one is over.

I find it ironic that OP describes herself in her profile as "chunky". I guess in her mind, "chunky" is an acceptable euphemism, but "curvy" is simply a lie told by the obese. Seems legit.

I don't even notice what other people are doing at the gym. I'm too busy focusing on my own workout.

Well, this was fun.

The naysayers can deny it if they will, but it happens. I've seen it happen to friends of mine, one by her own husband. You can try speaking to your mom, but she'll probably just act all hurt or defensive. I would just keep ignoring it as you have been. Every time you say "no" to temptation, you are merely strengthening…

I might decide to give it another go. I keep jumping back and forth between workouts lately.

Pics or it didn't happen.

I have similar stats. I've added you. Good luck!

Sounds like a fantastic teacher! My son's grade school started an afterschool fitness club and was astounded when so many kids signed up, they had to split it into to classes. He was 8-years-old and LOVED it. Chill out

If it's not part of your normal routine and was fairly exertive, I would count it. Today I did a house cleanout and plan to count 75% of the total time as exercise.

I was only moody when I was trying to survive on 1200 calories. Now I'm pretty darn chipper!

She just wants to emulate you. My 9-year-old son is the same way. Let her do it, but I would recommend letting her do a Walk Away the Pounds video or something similar with you instead. It's simple and safer for a little one. My son already knows how to safely do push-ups, etc since he's about to test for his karate black…

You should be netting at least 1200 calories a day, which is why MFP tells you to eat back your exercise calories. You will still lose weight eating more, and it will be more likely to be fat loss versus muscle loss. At the rate you're going, you may see continued loss before finally stalling, and you will have damaged…

Yes.

Well done!
