  • 5' 11" and currently 166 lbs. with a goal of 155 lbs. I have a medium-sized frame so less than 150 lbs. is a bit too skinny for me.
  • The Crunch: Burn and Firm Pilates workout and Crunch: Total Resculpt are both decent workouts. Most of the other workouts are not much of a calorie burn, unfortunately.
