  • I do! It's no fun. It really only flares up when I'm doing my long runs, 8 miles or more. I wear Stability shoes and wear an orthotic insert and it really seems to keep it at bay.

  • I'd like to lose somewhere between 30 and 40 pounds. I'm having my PBM and DIEP Reconstruction sometime in 2013, so I need to leave some fat hanging around but I'm just sick of my size and am trying to lose 15-20 pounds upfront, then I'll kill the rest of it after recovery.
